Privacy policy
Draft written from the product's facts. The owner approves it before the first production deploy; items marked [TBD] are still open.
This policy explains what Mailtender stores, why, for how long, and who processes it on our behalf. It applies to mailtender.net and to the Mailtender service.
Who we are
Mailtender is operated by [legal entity — TBD], [registered address — TBD]. For anything in this policy, write to hello@mailtender.net.
This website
The public pages of mailtender.net set no cookies, load nothing from third parties and run no analytics. Our web servers keep standard access logs — IP address, requested page, time and browser — for 14 days, to keep the site running and secure.
Data we process for customers
When your organisation uses Mailtender, we process the following on its behalf:
- Account data: names and email addresses of the people in your organisation, their roles and sign-in records.
- Mail: the messages in your personal and shared mailboxes, including those you import from a previous provider.
- Agent activity: replies your agents propose, the decisions of the send gate, approvals and edits, and the resulting decision snapshots.
- Audit records: who changed what in your organisation, and when. Secrets are masked before they are written.
- Billing data: plan, seats and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
What we never do
- Mailtender never sends your mail to an AI model, and never uses it to train one.
- Push notifications never carry message content.
- We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If your organisation's administrator controls the data, we'll pass your request to them. Write to hello@mailtender.net.
